ℹ️ How time off works at LB
PTO — vacation or personal time. Request in advance; your manager approves. Not everyone accrues PTO (Express/staffing workers do not). Unused PTO does not carry over.
Sick leave — up to 8 days (64 hrs). New Mexico law. No approval needed — just tell your supervisor as soon as you can. A doctor's note may be asked only after 2+ days in a row.
Unpaid time off may be approved when PTO and sick leave are used up.
